What runs on this page

This list is current as of the date at the foot of this page.

Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It counts page views and clicks, sets cookies to tell returning browsers apart, and reports the usage to us. It is how we learn which pages earn their place. Google processes this data on our behalf, and Google’s own privacy policy governs their handling of it.

HubSpot, our customer records system. It sets its own cookie, recognizes a returning browser, and records which pages that browser reads. HubSpot processes this on our behalf, and HubSpot’s own privacy policy governs their handling of it.

No advertising pixel runs on this site as of that date.

If your browser blocks these scripts, the site works exactly the same.

The contact form

The form asks for your name, work email, firm, and whatever you choose to tell us about your practice. We use it to reply to you, to schedule the demonstration you asked for, and to tell you about OnPrem Intelligence from time to time. Submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. We do not sell what you send us or share it for advertising.

What we never collect

There is no account to create here, so no passwords. And no content from your own systems. The appliance’s whole point is that your documents stay home, and this website keeps the same rule.

Questions

Ask through the contact form and say it is about privacy. We will answer, and if you want what you have sent us deleted, we will delete it.
